The Daily Attunement Course has been developed and refined over many years of working with emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and self-connection.

Rather than offering more techniques or content, this course distils what has consistently been most supportive into a small, repeatable daily practice. The focus is on simplicity, steadiness, and practices that are sustainable over time.

The course is curated and guided by a registered psychologist and is informed by trauma-aware, somatic, and mindfulness-based principles.
